This is the easiest way to get your hands on our cakes! Our online shop is home to a handful of collections with a range of signature and semi-customizable designs so you can find the perfect cake for your next celebration.
How does this work?
Choose your design, flavor, cake size, and add it to your cart. You will select your pick-up date and time at checkout.
What days are you open for pick-ups?
Thursday - Sunday. We are closed Monday - Wednesday.
I want to order a cake for a specific date, but that date is blocked off on the calendar; can I still order a cake for this date?
Unfortunately, no, if a date is blocked out on the calendar this means we are fully booked for that date and cannot accommodate additional orders.
Can I add a message to my cake?
Absolutely! Once you’ve added your cake to your cart, please add your desired message into the “Order special instructions” box located on the cart page. We recommend keeping your message concise (about 3 words)- there is limited space on a cake!
My event is on a day that you are closed- how do I get a cake?
Our whole cakes keep perfectly well in the fridge. You can pick-up a cake up to 3 days prior to serving. If your event is on a day we are closed, we recommend selecting a Sunday pick-up and storing your cake in the fridge until you plan to serve it. Just let us know in the order notes, so we know!
I selected a pick-up time, but what if I’m running late?
The pick up time you select at check-out is the absolute earliest we will have your order ready for you, but you can pick up your cake anytime during shop hours that day. If you are running late, or need to change your pickup to a different day, please let us know as soon as you are able.
**A note about Summer cake pickups: Summer is our busiest season. If you are scheduled for a weekend pick-up from May through October, we respectfully ask that you make every effort to pick-up your order during our shop hours (11:00am - 1:00pm Sat/ Sun), as we are juggling pick-ups and wedding deliveries and likely cannot accommodate late pick-ups.
Please let us know if you need to change to a different pick-up day.
What are your shop hours?
Our shop hours are as follows:
Thursday: 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Friday: 12:00pm - 5:30pm
Saturday: 11:00am - 1:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am - 1:00pm
Can I send a friend/family member to pick up my order?
Yes! It makes no difference to us who picks up your order, so long as it ends up at the right place! All we need at pick up is the name the order is under (the order number is great too).
Do you offer delivery?
We do not offer delivery for online shop items.
Can I customize these cakes?
Any customization of these cakes beyond the options offered will be priced at a custom price point. We are able to price our online shop items this way because they do not require extra administrative time, and they have set ingredient and labor requirements. Once we get into customization, these requirements change, and the cost needs to change accordingly.
